If you see a property you like, contact the Landlord or Property Manager with the information provided. Once you schedule a viewing of the property, gather your RFTA paperwork to take with you. From there, the Landlord or Property Manager will email the completed forms to the landlords@achsng.com email address, and once processed, they will hear from an ACHA Inspector. At the time the unit passes, you can move into your new HOME!
Remember to keep the place you live neat and be sure to maintain a good relationship with your Landlord.
